Sandra Bullock's split from Jesse James will likely be a clean break. She filed for divorce on April 23 in Austin, Texas. It is said that the divorce should wrap up within two months. As far as children, Sandra has no legal rights over Jame's three children and will have to request visitation rights. New Baby Louis will not be an issue either. Bullock signed the divorce papers with her initials backwards, B.A.S, suggesting she is trying to make the divorce as private as possible.

It seems as though Sandra is going through this painful process as best as she could. I think adopting the new baby has been a large part of her coping and he will be the rock in her life. After being humiliated by her husbands infidelities she seems to be taking this time to reflect on the important things in her life like her family, friends, and new baby and through them is finding a new strength. I would think that there would be even more coverage on this but because she is maintaining such a private life right now she is staying out of the public eye and slowing down the media stories.
